Hey everyone. Just letting you know that I'm back from Bonnaroo, which was definitely one of the best experiences of my current life that I had the pleasure of being a part of. I wrote a blog about my personal experience at this wonderful festival as well as some additional commentary relating to interconnectedness and oneness, with relation to the festival and its participants. I have always believed in Mediation and try when I can to take that time to find peace. It’s not always east to find it, and be still, but when I do, the quite is so exceptional. Also over the years I have had people say to me, OH but if you meditate to deeply you will let the demons in.
